In 2000, Liz was the first REALTORŪ in Western Nebraska to receive the e-PRO Internet Professional certification, approved by the NAR (National Association of REALTORSŪ). To obtain this certification, she participated in a rigid online course and has met e-PRO requirements set by the organization.

In addition, Liz obtained the GRI (Graduate, REALTORŪ Institute) designation in 2002 and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in 2004. She remains committed to maintaining the highest degree of education in the real estate industry.
